Our Story
A Table Waiting Just for You
Vinny's Cafe has been a cornerstone of Dassel dining since 1998 — a place where the coffee is always fresh, the portions are generous, and every guest is treated like family.
What started as a modest diner with a handful of tables grew into something far more meaningful: a gathering spot for neighbors, road-trippers, and families who know that the best conversations happen over a good meal.
Our kitchen sources ingredients from local farms whenever possible, and every dish is prepared from scratch — because we believe convenience should never come at the cost of quality.
